Development statusHighway Drive is in development, and its Android release has not been finalized. Core game progress is designed to be stored locally. Advertising and consent integrations are planned but must be reviewed against the actual public release before this policy is treated as final.

1. About this policy

This policy applies to the Android game Highway Drive: Traffic Racer, developed by Fehistro Studio, and its related product website. The Android package intended for release is com.fehistrostudiogames.highwaydrive. The website showcases the game and is not a browser-playable edition.

2. Game progress and settings

Current development builds keep game state in local app storage. That may include vehicle unlocks and selections, coins and gems, upgrades, chapter and level progress, scores, daily challenge records, achievements, and preferences such as audio, controls and graphics. This information supports game progress and settings.

The inspected game design does not require an account, chat, public profile or Fehistro Studio-operated cloud save. Local game data may be lost when app storage is cleared or the app is removed. Device backup behavior depends on the final Android configuration and may change before release.

3. Advertising and privacy choices

A free-to-play release with Google AdMob advertisements is planned. AdMob and consent functionality have not been verified as integrated in the current public release, because there is no public release yet. If implemented, the game may display banner ads outside sensitive driving interactions and offer optional rewarded ads. Available formats, rewards and consent controls will be confirmed before launch.

When the Google Mobile Ads SDK is integrated and active, Google may automatically collect or share information such as IP address, app and advertising interactions, diagnostic and performance information, and device or account identifiers (including an advertising ID when available), for advertising, measurement and fraud prevention. Google describes its SDK data uses and encryption practices in its Mobile Ads SDK data disclosure and Privacy Policy. The actual information processed depends on the released SDK and configuration, region, consent choices and device settings.

Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) is planned for privacy choices in regions where applicable. The release will describe how to access the available privacy options inside the game. Players can also use Android's advertising privacy controls.

4. Permissions

The game may use network access for advertising and consent services when integrated, plus any device features required for gameplay feedback. No permission list is guaranteed until the final Android manifest and store build have been checked. Players can review granted permissions in Android Settings.

5. Data retention and deletion

Game data stored locally generally remains on the device until it is reset or removed through the game, Android app-data settings or uninstalling the game. Deletion and backup behavior will be verified for the final release. Fehistro Studio does not currently offer an account-based game-cloud-data deletion portal, since an account system is not part of the inspected game.

Third-party providers, if integrated, control their own retention periods and user rights mechanisms. Privacy requests regarding information sent to Fehistro Studio directly can be raised through the studio's contact website.

6. Children and families

The game is intended for entertainment. Parents and guardians should review the final game's age rating, advertising notices, privacy options and device settings before allowing children to play. Fehistro Studio does not ask users to submit personal details through a game account. Applicable audience and advertising configurations must be assessed before launch.

7. This website

This website is a static information site. It currently includes no third-party analytics, web advertising, login, contact form, remote fonts or marketing cookies. Cloudflare, as the website delivery and security provider, may process technical request information such as IP address, browser details, security signals and logs to serve and protect the website. 8. Security and updates

We aim to minimize data collection and use secure service configurations. No system can be guaranteed perfectly secure. This notice will be updated to match the exact Android release, including any third-party SDKs, collected data categories, retention periods and user controls, before the game is publicly launched.

9. Contact

For privacy questions, visit Highway Drive Support or the Fehistro Studio website and use the contact information published there. Include the game name and a concise description of your request; do not send passwords or unnecessary sensitive data.
