1. Scope and agreement
These terms govern Highway Drive: Traffic Racer for Android and its Fehistro Studio product website. By accessing or using the game or website you agree to these terms, to the extent applicable law permits. If you are below the age able to consent independently, ask a parent or guardian.
2. The game
Highway Drive is a fictional arcade highway driving game. The development design includes traffic racing, career chapters, garage progression and driving challenges. Features, availability and balancing may change. Driving content is entertainment, not guidance for real-world driving or traffic behavior.
3. Local saves and compatibility
Game progress may be stored locally on the device. Clearing app data, removing the game or a device failure can affect local progress. Save restoration or synchronization is not guaranteed. The game may require compatible Android hardware and software; not every device is supported.
4. Virtual items and future advertisements
Coins, gems, stars, unlocked vehicles, upgrades and other in-game benefits are virtual gameplay elements. They have no cash value, are not transferable, and may be adjusted as game balance evolves. The game is currently planned as free-to-play, potentially with advertisements or optional rewarded placements. Ad availability or the successful granting of a reward cannot be guaranteed; any final reward conditions will be shown in the released game.
No paid purchases, subscriptions, refund entitlements or advertised reward amounts are promised by this website. If purchases are introduced, applicable store terms and consumer-protection rules will also apply.
5. Fair use
Use the game for lawful personal entertainment. Do not distribute unauthorized modified versions, exploit advertising/reward systems, attempt to interfere with its services, or infringe anyone else's rights. Nothing here prevents activities expressly protected by law.
6. Intellectual property
The Highway Drive name, original game content and website design belong to Fehistro Studio or their relevant licensors. Fictional game vehicles are not official real-world car-brand products. Third-party service names belong to their respective owners; referring to them does not imply endorsement.

8. Availability and liability
The game and website are provided as available. We cannot promise uninterrupted access, error-free operation or compatibility with every device. To the extent allowed by law, Fehistro Studio disclaims warranties beyond those legally required, and is not responsible for excluded indirect losses. Statutory consumer rights and liabilities that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.

We may amend these terms as the project develops. The date at the top of this page will identify the latest revision. Material changes should be reviewed before continuing to use the game.
